We do not accept previously published work. Simultaneous submissions are allowed, but please withdraw your submission through our submission manager if your piece is accepted elsewhere.

General submissions are rolling. Deadlines for themed issues are posted in calls. We charge a $2 submission fee to help cover costs. We pay $25 per accepted essay. Expect a 1-3 month response time.
